How refunds work
Short version up front. Contact support for your specific situation.
Course Refunds
To request a refund, contact support before the class start time. Once a live session has begun, a refund may not be available.
Reschedules
Need a different date? Contact support before the class and we will move your registration to another scheduled session when one is available.
No-Shows
If you register but do not attend, the seat was held for you, so a no-show is generally not refundable. Contact support if something unexpected came up.
Duplicate Payments
Charged more than once for the same class? Send both receipts to support and we will refund the duplicate charge.
Cancelled or Rescheduled by BLK
If BLK cancels or reschedules a class, you can move to another session or request a refund - your choice.
